Relive the memories from your travels in Istanbul or create a new one in this unique cultural experience where anyone can indulge, here in Brunei! In collaboration with the Embassy of Republic of Turkey, The Ambassador His Excellency Suat Akgün, himself, is inviting ten people to share his love of cooking and prepare five signature Turkish dishes including a sweet pumpkin dessert. 1) How to make variety and authentic recipes of Turkish starters, side dishes and a dessert.
2) How to use ingredients such as the nuts and olive oil properly
3) How to choose different vegetables used in Turkish Cuisine and what they are used for

His Excellency Suat Akgün, the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey, has been actively introducing the colorful Turkish tradition and culture to the people of Brunei for four years. As an advocate of life-long learning himself, His Excellency has taught Turkish languages to beginners through creative means. With his unwavering passion for cooking, for his residence guests, His Excellency will be sharing his knowledge in preparing various delicacies of his home country so that for the rest of us who miss Istanbul can always have access to these Turkish dishes in the comfort of our home.
