3) Spices and herbs to boost the flavours and fragrance, and
4) How to make the tastiest beef broth for your Pho.
BenchLab Talented Instructor: Maisarah Nguyen of Mabel Garden (Mabel Trading).
You’ll be learning from a brilliant Vietnamese lady who is not only good at crafts but at cooking too! Growing up in Vietnam, Maisarah was surrounded with flavourful meals such as Pho. When she was in high school, she helped cooked and serve Pho Noodles at her aunt’s Pho Restaurant. Through such experience, she acquired some useful tips on making delicious Pho Noodle and hopes to share this knowledge with people in Brunei!
