1. Are tickets changeable?
Tickets are non-refundable and unchangeable. We regret to inform you that no seats can be changed and tickets cannot be assigned to another date or time after payment is completed as per event organizer’s instructions.
2. What payment methods are available?
Progresifevents.com accepts payment via credit/debit card, Progresif Pay and cash at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf branches for cash purchase.
3. My credit/debit card has been rejected. Why is my payment is not going through?
Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your card to complete the payment. Also, ensure that you have entered all credit card details (card number, expiry date, etc) onto the platform accurately. If the problem persists, try paying with another card. Unfortunately, our Merchant Account declines some cards due to security reasons. You may contact the event organizer if you still experience problems with your payment.
4. My payment was successful. Why have I not received my tickets?
It is recommended that you use a personal email address (Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo). As some business accounts have strict firewall rules, emails sent from Progresifevents.com are sometimes flagged as spam. Make sure you check your spam/junk folder. If you are able to find your ticket, kindly add Progresif Events to your ‘Safe List’ to ensure receipt of future emails. However, if you are still unable to find your e-tickets - then please contact us and provide another email address for us to resend the tickets.
